Celery is a common vegetable that can be overlooked for its incredible healing properties. The seeds, leaves, and edible root is best eaten raw and let's not forget about its juice. The seeds are rich in iron, vitamin A, B and C. Let's take a look at how celery can bring healing to your body.
  • Celery helps to reduce high blood pressure.
  • Purifires the blood.
  • Celery seeds have anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands.
  • Digestive, reducing spasm in the muscle of the intestinal tract and acting as an anti-inflammatory agent.
  • Removes urice acid in those with gout problems.
  • Mild diuretic action.

How to Use Celery as a Healing Food
  • Eat the seeds to treat arthritis pain and to relieve muscle spasms naturally.
  • Take the celery stalk and grate it. Apply to reduce swollen glands.
  • Eating whole celery is known to lower blood pressure and tones the liver.
  • Drinking celery juice or an infusion of celery seeds may be drunk to reduce sciatica pain.

Hi, I use to watch your show in California. I think you were on TBN. Since then I have been through a lot heath wise. I am in stage 4 CKD I went to see my dietician and she gave me a list of foods I should avoid and what I can eat. Of course that all depends on my labs. I have no appetite and she suggested I get a nutritional shake supplement. What do you have? As you know I have to watch my Potassium, Phosphorus, and Protein again depending on my labs. I know some day (If Jesus Terry's) I will end up on dialysis. I went into kidney failure last year had no idea I felt fine and no pain routine Dr visit my FNP called me at home and told me to get to the ER now, that I was in kidney failure and my GFR was 12. Like I said I felt fine, but I went to the ER and the next thing I knew I was in ICU everyone was all around me. I lost my left kidney and now my GFR is 27. I had it at 32 for a long time. I really am trying to get this diet thing together. I'm never hungry and I vomit almost everything I eat. Had my gall bladder out endoscopy and colonoscopy came out fine. Any way now you have the scoop on me. Please help me find a Nutritional Supplement I can drink to keep me going. I can drink shakes without vomiting.
Looking forward to hearing from you...
May God Bless you more and more........./
