Many people today are understanding the role of the mineral of Magnesium, which is the 4th most abundant mineral found in the human body. What mineral many people do not hear about or understand is the role of a small trace mineral called Manganese. Many people do get these two confused sometimes, so let me help you to understand the mighty role of this little mineral.

Manganese is an essential trace element that is needed for brain health and your nervous system. Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia and Meniere's Syndrome have been linked to a deficiency of manganese.
